Institutional Calendar
Each year the institutional calendar is compiled based on the academic calendar, holidays, and major institutional events.
In the spring semester, the office of protocol and special events accepts event submissions from the larger campus community and builds out the institutional calendar for the upcoming academic year. The calendar is updated throughout the year as large-scale events are scheduled and should be used as a resource for campus event planners.
Please Note: Scheduling of College space for events and programs is contingent upon resource availability. New programs may require approval by the appropriate department and the Institutional Calendar committee.
If you schedule your large-scale event(s) after calendar day, you can contact Protocol and Special Events to add your event(s) to the institutional calendar.
