Celebrating Experiential Learning Experiences
We encourage our majors to study abroad, complete a wide range of internships, undertake independent research, and student teach. Every fall, upper-level majors share their experiences with faculty and younger students in the department. Tiffini Eckenrod ’20 and Morgana Olbrich ’20 completed paid internships at local history site The Mill At Anselma, completing a digital oral history project and researching the background of the mill and its central families.
