These three residence halls provide single, double, and suite-style rooms for upperclass students seeking a traditional living environment.
Richter/North Hall
Built in 2006, Richter and North residence halls are essentially 2 wings of one building. They provide single, double, and suite-style rooms for upperclass students seeking a traditional living environment. These buildings accommodate approximately 40 students in each of their hallways. The halls include gender inclusive private bathrooms and spacious, inviting lounge areas. Located outside of Richter/North, you can find “Paisley Beach,” where students often join a game on the sand volleyball court or simply lounge outside in one of the many Adirondack chairs.
Richter/North is also where students will find the Faculty in Residence apartments, where current faculty members and their families live. The Faculty in Residence each provide special opportunities for students to engage with each other and members of the faculty in formal and informal ways.

New Hall
The most recently built residence halls on campus, provide single, double, and suite-style rooms for upperclass students seeking a traditional living environment. These buildings accommodate approximately 40 students in each of their hallways. The halls include unisex private bathrooms and spacious, inviting lounge areas. Located outside of Richter/North, you can find “Paisley Beach,” where students often join a game on the sand volleyball court or simply lounge outside in one of the many Adirondack chairs.

Reimert Hall
Provides a unique suite arrangement for many upperclass students. Each suite includes four doubles clustered around a common space for a total of eight students to share. Suites include bathrooms, and the building also provides a community kitchen. The suites line the sides of the building and surround a courtyard where students play games and relax on the community picnic furniture. Behind Reimert, students frequently make use of the outdoor grills, volleyball court, and bocce ball court.
