We support the college’s mission through strategic guidance, event management, and protocol services for high-level, institutional events and programs. We plan on-campus events that enhance the college’s reputation, reach, and impact, especially those that involve the presence of the president, board of trustees, and the overall visibility of the college.
Protocol & Special Events
We provide the Ursinus community with resources, etiquette, and general instruction for planning events on campus. What We Do:
- Develop high-profile, high-impact events and programs.
- Produce special events and initiatives for the President and Board of Trustees.
- Consult on high-level events hosted by the college in conjunction with colleagues outside of protocol and special events.
- Serve as a resource on event protocol and policies, as well as space usage and event scheduling.
- Educate Ursinus faculty, staff, and students on current event planning, policies, and protocol.
