Departmental Printers

Printing Options

Printing to your department printer is the default for most faculty and staff, but options include:

  • Adding the ability to print to other printers with approval.
  • Printing to multiple printers and choosing which department should be charged for the print job, if you work or assist in more than one department.
  • Sending a print job and have your print job wait until you log in or scan your ID at the printer before the print job prints out - each printer has a physical keyboard for entering info, plus a scanner for ID scanning.
