About

Why did you choose this law school?

I loved the opportunities, locations, and the incredible faculty and staff! I am so excited about what I can do at George Washington, both as a student in terms of co-ops, internships, and classes and eventually in my career.

Where else did you get in?

Villanova, Northeastern, Rutgers, Temple, Drexel, waitlisted at Penn, Georgetown, Columbia, Duke, and Fordham

What are your plans post law school?

I hope to work in some capacity in the government, whether that is in Congress like I am currently doing, or in another bureau. I also would love to someday return to my home state of New Jersey and work for our incredible state government.

Impact of Ursinus

How did Ursinus prepare you for law school?

Ursinus prepared me for law school both inside and outside of the classroom. I learned critical thinking, analytical reasoning, reading comprehension, and strong writing skills in my English and History courses. Outside of my classes, Ursinus’s small community feel, and supportive nature gave me the confidence to advocate for myself and grow as a person and student.

Describe a favorite memory

One of my most memorable moments in class was my freshman year in trial advocacy. Due to an uneven number of students, I had the opportunity to serve as both the prosecution and defense for our final, which was so great, and really effective in teaching me the roles of both sides.

How did you stay active on campus?

I got involved on campus through my jobs as a Writing Fellow, History Tutor, Student Advisor, and Library Circulation desk attendant. Outside of work, I was a Parlee Fellow, a member of the Pre-Law Society, the editor of The Lantern literary journal, and an officer of the Sigma Tau Delta English Honors Society. I also studied abroad in London during the spring semester of my junior year!
