Tara Broczkowski joined Ursinus College in February of 2024. She is originally from Newtown Square, PA and received a B.A. degree in Chemistry from Lafayette College. While working as a high school chemistry teacher in Stroudsburg, PA, she earned an M.S. degree in General Science from East Stroudsburg University. During her career, she also taught Chemistry and Physics in the Bethlehem Area School District. Additionally, she served as Manager of the DaVinci Teacher Leader Institute, a professional development program in science education. Outside of her work at Ursinus, Tara enjoys nature and traveling with her family.
