I am most passionate about topics relating to preserving bodily autonomy and increasing public/ patient education. I feel it is important to work tirelessly to protect every person’s ability to make well-informed and individual choices about their own care.

I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Dawley on her research with axolotls by taking tail samples from axolotls, preparing the tail, and creating and staining slides to view the spinal cord with the purpose of learning about their stem cell movement and regenerative capabilities.
