Janel holds a bachelor’s degree in business and Economics from Ursinus College and an MBA with a concentration in human resource management from Moravian College. She also holds a SHRM-SCP certification. Currently, Janel is a Human Resources Specialist at PPL Corporation. She has been with PPL for almost 10 years, including an internship she held at PPL throughout her senior year at Ursinus. In her role, she supports various business segments throughout the Corporate Services function. In addition to her experience as an HR business partner, she also has experience in talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, compensation, and talent acquisition. She currently holds the position of Professional Development Lead on the POWER Network steering committee, which is PPL’s business resource group focused on the advancement, engagement, and retention of women.
