Brian McCarty is a Senior Executive Recruiter with Vanguard where he has been employed for over 10 years.  He is primarily responsible for the attraction, recruiting, evaluation, and selection of mid / senior level talent for Vanguard’s Investment Management, Financial Advisor Services, and International Divisions.  Prior to Vanguard, Brian spent 8 years as a technical recruiter with Aetea Information Technology, Inc.  Brian has a B.A. from Ursinus College (Class of 1997).
