Mark Ouellette
Director of Operations, Systems, and Technology
As Director of Operations, Systems, and Technology, Mark is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day function and strategy development of the Advancement Operations team. This includes gifts processing, database management, reporting, and technology utilization.
Background
Mark comes to Ursinus after working for Merrimack College in Massachusetts as the Director of Research and Information. In this role he developed and coordinated prospect management and database administration for the Advancement Office and Senior Leadership. He has over 10 years of comprehensive Advancement experience in prospect research, data analysis and reporting, as well as grant writing and management. He also has experience in mission development and strategic planning. He previously worked in City Hall in Lawrence, MA and served as an AmeriCorps volunteer through the Augustinian Volunteers, affiliated with The Augustinians of the Province of Saint Thomas of Villanova.
