The Hertz Scholarships provide full tuition equivalent as well as  a living stipend of over $30,000.

Who can apply: College seniors or graduate students pursuing PhDs in the applied physical, biological and engineering sciences who are citizens or permanent residents of the United States of America, and who are willing to morally commit to make their skills available to the United States in time of national emergency.

Applications close October 23rd of the current calendar year
