Young biologists of Ursinus alumni learn from Dr. Goddard
Young biologists, Micah (age 6) and Matthew (age 4), sons of UC graduates ’09, Dr. Jed Ellwood and Laura Ng Ellwood, visited Dr. Goddard to learn about corals and other invertebrates.
This past Monday Ursinus alumni, Jed Ellwood and Laura Ng Ellwood, brought their two young sons to campus. The two boys Micah (age 6) and Mathew (age 8) took on the role of biologist in Dr. Goddard’s lab. They got to learn about corals and other invertebrates that were accessible to them in the lab. The young biologists were able to get hands-on experience feeding the fish in the lab and handling different dried coral samples.
