Clark and Bumbry Celebration Bowl
Named for Carol Lynne Clark and Deborah A.C. Bumbry, the first African American women graduates of Ursinus College Class of 1973.
The First Annual Clark and Bumbry Celebration Bowl is a competition designed to celebrate and promote the rich history of Black Americans.
We are seeking students from across campus to compete to show their knowledge of current events, politics, history, sports, arts, and entertainment. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary.
All registered teams will have access to an official study guide and preparation resources for the Bowl. This event is designed to celebrate Black History and create healthy competition within the Ursinus College Community.
