The international population at Ursinus numbers 5% and comes from 32 countries. We believe that participating in, not just reading about, international diversity is essential to student success.
Most international students apply between September and March for the following fall semester, which begins at the end of August. A limited number of students are accepted for the spring semester, which begins in mid-January.
2) Submit official transcripts from your secondary school.
A translated course by course evaluation by a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Service, Inc. (NACES) may be required. For more information, visit naces.org. This must provide the U.S. equivalency of your credential and the U.S. GPA. In order to expedite the process, you are encouraged to have official translated transcripts sent electronically from www.wes.org to admission@ursinus.edu.

At least one set of standardized scores is required to be considered for admission. Please note that in some cases additional proof of English proficiency may be required. This is at the discretion of the Office of Admission.
All score reports must be official. Ursinus College accepts scores from the following exams:
TOEFL – minimum score of an 80. Required if native language or language of instruction is not English.
IELTS – minimum score of a 6.5. Required if native language or language of instruction is not English.
Duolingo - Duolingo scores will temporarily be accepted for 2020-2021 applicants. Minimum Duolingo score to be considered for admission is a 105.
SAT/ACT – recommended for international students graduating from U.S. high schools.
International students are required to provide proof of funding prior to depositing to the institution. All incoming international students must submit the Ursinus College International Financial Statement directly to the Office of Admission.
