Students must use the set of cases to write a legal memorandum and to make a persuasive oral presentation. The professors will apply the Socratic method used in most American law schools in eliciting discussion — that is, students whose hands are not raised will be called on to answer questions about the materials. The class culminates in an oral argument competition judged by outside alumni attorneys. Moot Court develops your legal reasoning, writing ability and oral argument skills.
