A “pay it forward” community service program
Hearts of Hope is a nationwide group of volunteers organized to create and distribute beautiful keepsake hearts, with messages of hope, to people in need everywhere.
Their mission is to provide service to those who experience trauma and loss through access to counseling support, educational workshops and community service.
Student groups can order a heart kit to complete on campus and mail back. Contact UCARE for more information on how to volunteer as a group, or to begin creating hearts of hope! Past Ursinus volunteer groups have sent hearts to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Parkland, FL community.
